Newly-crowned British Formula 3 National Class champion Spike Goddard looks likely to graduate to the International Class in 2013 with T-Sport.
The Australian, who has won 12 times in the small sub-division for older-generation cars, will test T-Sport’s top-flight Dallara-Nissan at Anglesey in the next two weeks.
T-Sport is planning a much bigger assault on the International Class next season. The team has only had one car powered by the Three Bond/Tomei-tuned Nissan this year, driven by Nick McBride, but is looking at running up to four Dallara F312s.
Team principal Russell Eacott has already confirmed to AUTOSPORT that he is planning to run not only Nissan-engined cars, but also powerplants conforming to the new FIA F3 engine regulations built by Neil Brown Engineering.
T-Sport also hopes to continue fielding a National Class team.
