Swedish supercar manufacturer Koenigsegg has released a closely cropped preview image of, well, something on its Facebook page. Whatever this something is, it’s made of carbon fiber and highlighted with yellow stripes, and it will appear at the 2013 Geneva auto show. Our guess is that the Swedish automaker isn’t debuting a new, carbon-fiber road surface, but we digress.
Currently, Koenigsegg peddles only the Agera and harder-core Agera R hypercars; both were introduced within the past few years, so we doubt the small automaker is rolling out anything all-new so soon. Koenigsegg’s Facebook post includes the note that the company will “Celebrate 0–100–10″ at Geneva—we’re pretty sure that doesn’t mean we can expect to watch a demonstration of the Agera’s ability to rip from 0 to 100 mph and back to, uh, 10.

It could be that Koenigsegg, after closing in on building its 100th car last year, will build 10 special-edition models to celebrate the achievement. Last year’s Geneva show saw the company preview its self-commissioned 100th Agera, so perhaps this year it will show the real deal. But we’re just spitballing here. We’ll find out more when the Swedish mystery is unveiled in Geneva.
